Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2025  ·  Governing law: England and Wales

Summary: We collect only what we need to operate the service — your email, site coordinates, and project details. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and Stripe to operate the service securely.

1.What Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when registering for an account (email address and password), submitting a report request (site coordinates, project purpose, and any additional details), and making a purchase (name and email address, with payment card details handled directly by Stripe). We also collect basic usage data such as the number of reports generated and your credit balance, solely for the purpose of managing your account.

We advise that you do not include any sensitive personal or confidential information beyond what is necessary in the site details or additional information fields.

2.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Generate your site screening reports
  • Process payments and manage your credit balance
  • Send you account-related emails
  • Respond to your support enquiries
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Improve the quality and performance of our service

We do not use your information for advertising purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

3.How We Store Your Information

Your data is stored securely on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure hosted in the United States. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard encryption. Our infrastructure providers maintain security certifications including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

4.Third-Party Services

We use Stripe to process payments securely — your card details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored by us. We use Google Analytics to analyse site usage. We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure for hosting, authentication, database storage, and email delivery. Typography is loaded from Google Fonts.

5.AI Processing

AIGEOREPORT uses large language models (AI) to generate site screening reports — this is based on the input that you provide.

We do not use your report inputs to train AI models. Your inputs are used solely for the purpose of generating your specific report.

Generated reports are based on publicly available data. They are planning-stage documents and not professional advice. Please review our Terms and Conditions for full details on report limitations.

6.Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our service.

If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted, please contact us at hello@aigeoreport.com. Please note that deletion of your account will result in loss of any unused credits and access to previously generated reports.

7.Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data
  • Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data
  • Right to data portability — request your data in a portable format
  • Right to object — object to processing of your personal data

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@aigeoreport.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

If you are based in the UK or EU and believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8.Cookies

We use essential browser storage to keep you logged in and to process your order during checkout. We do not use advertising cookies or cookies that track you across other websites.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This involves the use of cookies and the collection of anonymised usage data such as pages visited and time spent on the site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

9.Children's Privacy

AIGEOREPORT is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately at hello@aigeoreport.com.
