We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.

No part of the Site, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.

3.User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Site.

4.User Registration

You are required to register to use the report generation features of the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all use of your account. We reserve the right to remove or change a username we deem inappropriate or objectionable at our sole discretion.

5.Fees and Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard, processed securely via Stripe. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Access to report generation requires purchase of report credits.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases. We may change prices at any time. Sales tax or VAT may be added where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse any order.

6.Refund Policy

Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted. The guarantee applies to the original purchase price only. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused.

7.Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. As a user, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data from the Site to create a database or directory without our written permission
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users
• Circumvent or interfere with security-related features of the Site
• Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful material
• Engage in any automated use of the system, including scripts, bots, or data mining tools
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person
• Use the Site to compete with us or for any revenue-generating purpose not expressly approved by us
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any of our employees or agents

We may terminate your account at any time without warning. If your account is terminated, you are prohibited from registering a new account without our express permission.

12.Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change or remove the contents of the Site at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times and have no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by inability to access the Site during downtime.

13.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The use of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14.Dispute Resolution

Informal negotiations: Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days by written notice.

Binding arbitration: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be determined by a single arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the European Court of Arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom. Proceedings shall be conducted in English under the substantive law of England and Wales.

Restrictions: Arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the parties individually. No class-action arbitration is permitted.

Exceptions: The above does not apply to disputes seeking to enforce intellectual property rights, allegations of theft or piracy, or claims for injunctive relief.

15.Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE'S CONTENT AND WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OUR SERVERS, INTERRUPTION OF TRANSMISSION, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE FROM USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED ON THE SITE.

16.Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA.

Notwithstanding the above, our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall at all times be limited to the lesser of the amount paid by you to us or $19.00 USD.

17.AI-Generated Reports

While we make every effort to maximise the quality of reports generated, it is essential that you proofread and where necessary amend all reports before using them. Reports may contain errors or inaccuracies inherent to AI-generated content.

Reports must not be used as a substitute for a detailed site investigation or the professional judgement of a licensed geologist, geotechnical engineer, or environmental consultant. You should always seek qualified professional advice before making decisions based on report content.

Reports are generated based on publicly available regional data and user-provided inputs. AIGEOREPORT accepts no liability for decisions made based on report content without appropriate professional review.

18.Report Credits

Each report submission uses one credit from your account balance. Credits are consumed upon submission regardless of whether a report is successfully generated, including where a submission is rejected due to inappropriate content or invalid inputs.

We reserve the right to revoke any free credits at any time without notice. Purchased credits do not expire but are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as provided under our refund policy.

19.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold AIGEOREPORT and our officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any loss, damage, liability, or claim arising from: your use of the Site; any breach of these Terms; your violation of the rights of any third party; or any harmful act toward another user of the Site.

20.User Data

We maintain certain data you transmit to the Site for the purpose of managing its performance and your use of it. We have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of such data. We advise that you do not submit any sensitive personal or confidential information through the Site. Site coordinates, project purpose, and email address are used solely for the purpose of generating your report and administering your account.

21.Electronic Communications

Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

22.Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AIGEOREPORT regarding your use of the Site. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We are not responsible for any loss or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
